Orders:

Our fire safety equipment supplier store accepts verbal, written, emailed and online orders. Customers should provide a valid e-mail address and phone number when placing an order. An email will be sent upon shipment of your order. An invoice or paid receipt will be mailed once the order has shipped. Smoke Trainer will try to assist our customers should a problem arise with your order. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point (Buyer pays freight).

Payment Terms:

Smoke Trainer accepts all major credit cards including VISA and MasterCard. Returned checks will carry a $40.00 service charge regardless of reason.

Sales Tax:

Standard sales tax rates will apply to all orders shipped to customers within the State of South Carolina. Orders shipped to customers outside the State of South Carolina will not be charged sales tax. Orders shipped to any Government entity of the United States of America will not be charged sales tax.

Our fire safety equipment supplier store uses UPS, FedEx Ground, US Postal Service and most primary carriers. All orders will be shipped USPS ground unless otherwise requested by our customer. Standard ground shipping rates will apply to all orders unless overnight, 2nd day or 3 day service is requested by our customer. Additional shipping charges authorized by our customer will be added to each order. Most orders ship within two-three (2-3) working days and should be received at most destinations within the continental USA within five (5) working days. Note: Additional delivery charges due to customer error (i.e. wrong address or zip code) or change of address will be billed directly to the customer.

Warranty:

All Smoke Trainer Simulated Smoke Lens and Public Education Goggle sales are final. Smoke Trainer offers a one year (1) year warranty on the Smoke Trainer Smoke Identification Light on manufacturing defects only. This does not cover batteries or normal wear and tear.

Return Policy:

Any and all returns of defective merchandise must be made within thirty (30) days of invoice date or purchase. An RMA, Return Material Authorization must be obtained from Smoke Trainer before any goods or products purchased from Smoke Trainer can be returned for credit. Smoke Trainer warranties all products sold, but an RMA will be issued on an order by order basis depending upon the circumstances of each order where a return or refund is requested. Call tags will not be issued for returned merchandise. There will be a 15% RESTOCKING FEE CHARGED FOR ORDERS OF 50 OR MORE.

Privacy:

All personal information collected by Smoke Trainer will remain private. We do not sell or distribute any of the information collected by this site. Your privacy is completely protected.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are FOB shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer upon shipment by the carrier.
